AMLA AB binds to the top of the rankings


Captain AB de Villiers of South Africa has joined teammate Hashim Amla at the top of the International Cricket Council ODI ranking player for hitters - on the back of your player's performance series against Pakistan this month.

De Villiers scored 367 runs at an average of 91.75 in five matches strong, leading his team to a victory from three to two in series with an outstanding shot of 95 in Sunday's decider at Willowmoore Park in Benoni.
